Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise as part of a promotion). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed.

Please note, we do not accept returns on Gift Cards. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.

If an item is personalised or a bespoke product it cannot be returned or refunded.
